How easy it is to push our goals into an imaginary box with the hopes that we will magically reach personal milestones. We may tell ourselves I will write the book or start the project when the time is right. With a CMF plan (Cross My Fingers) we may have a hit or miss approach to goal attainment. With so many individuals living in deep distress from unrealized dreams, here are some pragmatic steps you can take to reach new goals.
Step One: Visualize Your Last Day
Visualize yourself on the last day of your life. What are some regrets you would have about things you may have wanted to accomplish but didn't (Written a book, focused on a relationship, left toxic situations, laughed more )?
Step Two: Move Past Your Fear
We may feel afraid of what our peers or constituents will think when we try something new. I once gave a talk in Atlanta about goal attainment where a woman said, "What if I keep working on this, and it takes longer than I expected?"
My reply, "What happens if you do not create this program? How many individuals won't have their answers because you gave up? Just begin.
Step Three: Analyze Lost Time
Recognize that there is time today to re-discover your area of interest. Start to

immediately find influencers, books, workshops, lessons and more that will help you to re-ignite your passion around your chosen area of interest.
